  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 pieces of naan bread
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the shredded chicken, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Place a generous amount of the chicken mixture on one side of a piece of naan bread.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
  • Fold the naan bread in half, covering the chicken mixture.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the stuffed naan for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
