- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon green Tabasco sauce
- 1 stick unsalted butter (½ cup)
- 10 garlic cloves (minced fresh)
- ⅓ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ⅓ cup minced fresh parsley
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken chunks with the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, black pepper, and green Tabasco sauce. Toss until the chicken is well coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the chicken for at least 30 minutes to marinate (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
- Skewer the Chicken:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, making sure not to overcrowd the pieces.
- Grill the Chicken:
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- While the chicken is grilling, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant.
- Stir in the red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Serve:
