Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to 1/4-inch thickness.

- Layer spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese on top of each chicken breast.
- Roll up chicken and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown chicken rolls on all sides, then transfer to a baking dish.
