- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups fresh spinach
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, ricotta cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add the Alfredo sauce and spinach. Cook until the spinach is wilted and the sauce is heated through.
- Serve the meatballs with the spinach Alfredo sauce over pasta or rice.
