2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)

1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce

32 oz frozen tater tots

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until evenly coated.

Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.

Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the chicken mixture.

Bake for 40–45 minutes, until tater tots are golden and casserole is bubbling.

Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for a quick shortcut.
Do not thaw tater tots; bake them from frozen for best results.
Add a layer of cheese on top of the tots for extra gooeyness.
Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes after baking for easier serving.
