Description

These Cheesy Pizza Bombs are a fun, easy, and delicious way to enjoy pizza in a bite-sized form. With melty mozzarella and Parmesan cheese wrapped in a fluffy biscuit, and brushed with a garlic herb butter, these bombs are perfect for a snack, appetizer, or dinner.

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese in the center.
  • Fold the biscuit dough around the fillings and pinch to seal.
  • Place the filled biscuits seam side down in a greased baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
  • Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the biscuits.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
