Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Olive oil
- Garlic, minced
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Flour tortillas
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook the chicken until it’s no longer pink in the center.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and shred it using two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the skillet and add mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is well combined.
- Divide the cheesy chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas and roll them up.
- Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
