- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli, mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
