Mix the Dough:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sea salt, and active dry yeast.
- Pour in the warm water (around 110°F) and stir using a wooden spoon or your hands until all ingredients are fully combined into a shaggy dough. The dough should be sticky and rough, but that’s okay—it will come together as it rises.

Let the Dough Rise:
- Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let the dough rise at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours. The dough should double in size and show bubbles on the surface.

Preheat the Oven:
- About 30 minutes before the dough is done rising, preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Place a Dutch oven or heavy pot with a lid into the oven to heat up as well.

Shape the Dough:
- Once the dough has risen, lightly flour a clean surface and turn the dough out onto it.
- Gently shape the dough into a ball by folding the edges of the dough toward the center.
- Let it rest for about 30 minutes while the Dutch oven continues to heat.

- After the resting period, carefully remove the hot Dutch oven from the oven.
- Place the dough inside the pot and cover it with the lid.
- Bake for 30 minutes with the lid on, then remove the lid and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and has a hollow sound when tapped on the bottom.

- If you don’t have a Dutch oven, you can use any heavy oven-safe pot with a lid or cover the dough with aluminum foil.
