4 pounds bone-in, skin-on chicken wings
-
¾ tsp kosher salt
-
½ tsp smoked paprika
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp onion powder
-
¼ tsp ground black pepper
-
1 cup BBQ sauce
-
¼ cup Buffalo hot sauce
-
¼ cup brown sugar
-
2 Tbsp olive oil
-
Sliced green onion (optional, for garnish)

Ranch dressing (optional, for dipping)
Instructions
-
Toss chicken wings with salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
-
In a separate bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, Buffalo sauce, and brown sugar.

Place wings in the crockpot and pour half of the sauce mixture over them. Reserve the rest of the sauce.

Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours or on high for 2–3 hours until wings are tender.
-
Preheat oven broiler to high. Place a rack in the top third of the oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Arrange wings on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and broil 2–3 minutes until browned and crispy.
-
Brush wings with some of the reserved sauce, broil another 2–3 minutes.
-
Garnish with sliced green onions if desired. Serve with ranch dressing and remaining BBQ sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil wings longer but watch closely to prevent burning.
