Instructions

  • Make the Parmesan Coating: In a shallow bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.

  • Coat the Chicken: Spread a generous layer of the mayonnaise mixture on both sides of the chicken breasts. Then, dip the coated chicken into the breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to ensure an even coating.

  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

  • Air Fry the Chicken: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or drizzle olive oil on the chicken for extra crispness (optional). Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
