Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, these air fryer avocado fries make a perfect snack or appetizer. Lightly seasoned and perfectly golden, they’re a healthier twist on traditional fries!

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the avocados into slices.
- Dredge each avocado slice in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated avocado slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Lightly spray the avocado slices with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs.
- Serve with a side of dipping sauce like ranch, spicy mayo, or salsa.
- Be sure to use ripe avocados for the best texture, but not too soft.
