Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, these air fryer avocado fries make a perfect snack or appetizer. Lightly seasoned and perfectly golden, they’re a healthier twist on traditional fries!


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the avocados into slices.
  • Dredge each avocado slice in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Place the coated avocado slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Lightly spray the avocado slices with cooking spray.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  • Season with salt and pepper before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs.
  • Serve with a side of dipping sauce like ranch, spicy mayo, or salsa.
